Who we are

PAI Labs, United States, runs Relay and controls the data described here. Contact: support@pai.builders.

Relay runs on your computer

The Relay app runs locally. LinkedIn content, task inputs, results, browser cookies, screenshots and local logs stay on your computer. Our cloud never receives them.

Your chosen AI provider receives the tool output your agent reads. That happens under your own agreement with that provider, not under this policy.

Data we collect

• Your email address and account ID.
• API key metadata: name, creation and revocation times. We keep only a hash of each key secret, never the secret.
• Device label and pairing records: the request, its local callback address, expiry and approval. We keep only a hash of each device secret.
• For each request: the operation name, price, state and time.
• Purchases: amount, state and Stripe Checkout and payment IDs. Stripe handles card details. We do not receive them.
• Technical logs kept by our providers (Supabase, Render, Vercel), such as IP address, browser user agent, time and request path.

Why we use it

• To sign you in and run your account.
• To pair your devices and authorize requests.
• To hold, charge and release credit, and to sell credit.
• To keep financial records that the law requires.
• To keep the service secure and stop abuse.
• To reply when you contact us.

Service providers

These companies process data for us:

• Supabase: accounts, sign-in and database.
• Render: the access service.
• Vercel: the website and cookieless Web Analytics.
• Stripe: payments and tax.
• Resend: sign-in email.

Some of these providers process data in the United States.

Cookies

The website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps the Supabase sign-in session in your browser storage until you sign out.

For the open tab only, it also keeps two small notes: whether you copied the setup instructions, and the ID of a purchase in progress so you can resume it.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising.

How long we keep data

We keep account and key data while your account is open. Credit, request and purchase records stay after your sign-in account is deleted, for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Hosting providers keep access logs for their own limited periods.

Delete your account

Email support@pai.builders from your account address to ask us to delete your account. We delete your sign-in account and delete your keys and stop your devices from making new requests. We keep device labels, pairing records, credit, request and purchase records, because they are needed to settle requests and for accounting. They are no longer linked to a sign-in account.

Data on your computer is yours to delete. It is in the Relay data directory described in the docs.

EU and UK users (GDPR)

We use your data to provide the service you asked for (contract), to keep required records (legal obligation), and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest).

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and you can object to our use of it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

California users (CCPA)

You can ask to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We do not sell or share it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
