1. Who we are

Relay is sold by PAI Labs, United States. Contact: support@pai.builders. By creating an account or using Relay, you agree to these terms.

2. What Relay is

Relay is a local app. It runs on your computer and lets your AI agent read LinkedIn and send text messages through your own browser session.

Relay's cloud service manages your account, API keys, paired devices and credits. It authorizes each request and records its price and outcome. It does not run your browser and does not receive LinkedIn content.

Only message.send writes to LinkedIn. It sends one text message to one profile when you or your agent ask for that exact message. Drafts stay on your computer and never send.

3. Your account

  • You need a verified email address to use the account features.
  • Keep your API keys, device credentials and local token secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You can revoke keys and devices in your profile and dashboard.

4. Credits and prices

  • Relay uses prepaid credit in US dollars.
  • Each completed API request costs $0.01. This includes reads, searches, message sends and cursor continuations. Setup checks and local drafts are free.
  • Each account gets a $5 welcome credit once. It covers 500 requests.
  • The minimum purchase is $5. A $5 purchase adds $5 of credit. Stripe Tax adds tax at checkout where it applies.
  • Before a request runs, Relay holds its price from your available credit. A completed request is charged. A known failure releases the hold. If the outcome is unknown, the hold stays until we review it.
  • If you do not have enough available credit, the request does not run.
  • We may change prices for future requests. Current prices are shown on this site.

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

5. LinkedIn

Relay is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn. Automated use of LinkedIn may break LinkedIn's User Agreement. LinkedIn may restrict or close your LinkedIn account. You accept that risk.

6. Acceptable use

  • Use only your own LinkedIn account.
  • Do not send spam or unwanted bulk messages.
  • Do not collect other people's data in bulk.
  • Follow all laws that apply to you, including data protection laws.
  • Do not try to get around credit holds, pricing or access controls.

7. Your AI provider

You choose the AI agent and provider. That provider receives the tool output your agent reads, under your own agreement with it. We do not control that provider.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close your account, revoke keys or devices, or refuse requests if we see abuse, fraud, a security risk or a breach of these terms.

9. No warranty

Relay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. LinkedIn can change its site at any time. Some data can be missing or incomplete. We do not promise that Relay will always work.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, PAI Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or a LinkedIn account. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PAI Labs is organized.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Relay after a change, the new terms apply.
