Refund Policy

Credits are non-refundable

Relay credit is prepaid. Credits are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. The $5 welcome credit is free and cannot be refunded or paid out.

How requests are charged

• Each completed API request costs $0.01.
• Before a request runs, Relay holds its price. A known failure releases the hold, so you are not charged.
• If the outcome is unknown, the hold stays until we review it. A review either charges or releases the request. Contact us with the operation ID if you want us to check it.
• Setup checks and local drafts are free.

If you think a charge is wrong

Email support@pai.builders from your account address. Tell us the operation ID or purchase ID, the date and what went wrong.

Refunds and chargebacks

If we refund a purchase, or your bank reverses a payment (a chargeback), we remove the unused credit from that purchase by hand.
